Maintenance

For products having issues within the warranty, we provide free onsite repair service domestically. The problematic equipment can be repaired, replaced, or returned, and we are responsible for the associated costs. The warranty of the equipment will be extended if maintenance occurs. Consumables with normal abrasion and equipment whose damage is caused by human reasons are not qualified for repair, replacement, and return policy mentioned above. We provide free training on equipment operation, repair, and maintenance to ensure that the customer's operators can operate and maintain the equipment under normal operation. Most of our technicians have 3 – 7 years of on-site construction experience.
