Air separation has a history of more than 100 years. Classified by the process, the development of air separation technology has four stages: high-pressure throttling, medium-pressure turbo-expander, high-pressure and low-pressure turbo-expander, and full low pressure. The final products of the air separation have increased from oxygen only to the coexistence of oxygen and nitrogen and then to the coexistence of argon, nitrogen, and oxygen. Finally, it has achieved the coexistence of oxygen, nitrogen, rare gas, and other gases. Nowadays, energy conservation and the safety of new energy have drawn great attention in industrial development. Correspondingly, the air separation industry is heading in the direction of super large, high purity, high output, automation, high reliability, and low energy consumption.

Following the development of air separation technology, "Xianyou Oxygen" joined the field of air separation. Kaifeng Xianyou Oxygen Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. I believe that we should always be honest, pursue high-quality products, and pursue customer satisfaction. We insist on technological innovation and building our technical team to synchronize with the development of air separation technology in the world. Right now, we have a team of professional and experienced engineers, workers, and inspectors. Besides advanced testing equipment, we have standardized regulations to assure the quality of products and after-sales service. We have the production license of special equipment for pressure vessel certificate and pressure pipe installation certificate, and licenses for radiation safety. We also passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Our professional team, modern equipment, and strict regulations all ensure we can provide high-quality products and services to our customers.

In recent years, we use the CAD, ASPEN, and other calculation software to ensure our leadership in the field of air separation equipment design and manufacture. Such software also ensures we can provide the latest and high-quality products, as well as detailed design and technical support services to customers. We have designed and manufactured dozens of complete sets of air separation equipment in China. Some of our projects are listed below: Guiyang 41/d liquefaction unit, Yongcheng 1000 liquefied air separation unit, Zhucheng KDON-2000Y/500Y liquid air separation unit, Daye KDON-4800/8400 that provides oxygen for converter steelmaking, Tianma Energy KDON-6000/12000 liquid air separation unit, Xiangfenghua KDN-2000/50Y high purity nitrogen equipment, etc. Our products exported to foreign countries include Vietnam Da Nang KDONAr-2200/2200/30 oxygen for electric furnace steelmaking, Myanmar KDON-500Y/500Y liquid air separation unit, Turkmenistan KDON-500Y/500Y liquid air separation unit, etc.
