The fractionating column is under construction.
The fractionating column is one of the key pieces of equipment for the air separation unit. Low-temperature separation is necessary for air separation. The column mainly consists of two parts: a huge stainless steel insulation cabinet on the outside and an aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger on the inner side. The heat transfer calculation, mechanical design, and hydraulic calculation should be combined to produce a high-quality product that can withstand high pressure, be material-saving, compact, has low flow resistance, and has small heat and cold losses.
